Collection of such information occurs only when the services are running on your Mobile Device. You are responsible for managing your Mobile Device and privacy preferences on the Services on an ongoing basis.

Revive has no control over the privacy practices or content of business partners, sponsors, or other websites in which we provide links to.

We do not sell or trade to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting business, or serving our users as long as third-parties enter in to an agreement to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when it is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property or safety. Any information that may be shared is non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited persons who have special access rights to these systems. These persons are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information supplied by you is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We cannot guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted when transmitted to and from us over the Internet. Take special consideration when determining what information you share via email.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 years old. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control on monitoring their children’s internet usage and enforce our Privacy Policy. Anyone under the age of 13 is not permitted to provide us with personal information.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date stated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to alter/update this Privacy Policy and such changes will be posted on our website at the time they take effect.
