Terms & Conditions

  • Valid for new clients and existing clients who have not visited in 12+ months. Current clients may participate when upgrading each service.
  • Clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to apt to complete paperwork.
  • No group bookings. Clients may have 2 appointments on the same day as long as 1 treatment is upgraded. Based on availability.
  • Client must provide a certificate number and credit card upon booking. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. No shows will be charged a $50 fee and service will be forfeited (arriving 10+ minutes late is considered a no-show), same day cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.
  • No substitutions.
  • This certificate is non-transferable.
  • This certificate must be presented at the time of services.
  • Only one certificate will be honored per person. Additional certificates may be purchased as gifts only.
  • No verbal agreements will be honored.
  • Appointments must be booked at least 1 week in advance (earlier bookings may be available). Due to the success of this certificate, appointments may be scheduled as far as 2+ weeks out.
  • This certificate expires 6 months after the date of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
  • Certificate is non-refundable.
  • This certificate and all offers included are not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
  • Referral Credits and Treatment Savings are not valid towards injections, products, or medications.
